BCBA / CEO / Founder
Alexis Martinez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and founder of Back 2 Basics Behavioral Management. He has a master’s degree from the University of South Florida in Applied behavior Analysis. He created B2B in order to bring a more complete ABA service to the South Florida area and inspiring the next wave of behavior therapists and analysts to help expand the field and reach more people.
Xuxa Rodriguez
BCBA / Clinical Director
Xuxa is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated with a bachelors in Psychology from Florida International University and her Masters from Florida Institute of Technology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been in the field of ABA since 2015 and has a passion for verbal behavior. Her focus is to create an environment where every child can learn, be creative, and self-sufficient. Xuxa’s greatest strength is that she is fearless and will tackle any behavior problem head on with high confidence. Parent’s feel confident with her as the team leader.
Nicolle Mierisch
Operations Manager
Nicolle Mierisch is the Operations Manager for B2B Behavior Management. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Enviromental Sciences. When she isn’t busy birding, taking care of her animals, or her own family, she’s working hard behind the scenes helping our dear clients, with years of experience in customer service.
